Valecha Engineering allots 219000 shares on conversion of warrants

Valecha Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on December 22, 2010 have allotted 2,19,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, on conversion of 2,19,000 warrants which have been fully paid up.

The shares have been allotted to Ms. Kavita Valecha Sharma (10,000 shares), Mr. Ramchand H Valecha (10,000 shares) and M/s. Valecha Investments Pvt. Ltd. (1,99,000 shares).

The stock was trading at Rs.133.25, down by Rs.1.50 or 1.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.137.75 and low of Rs.131.

The total traded quantity was 0.34 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.30 lakhs.
