Nu Tek India to allot 8 crore shares for GDRs

Nu Tek India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 14, 2010, has decided to close the GDRs issue after successful subscription of 44.4 Million USD and has decided to allot 80000000 (Eight Crores) equity shares of Rs. 5 (Five) each representing 8000000 (Eighty Lakhs) GDRs at a rate USD 5.55 Per GDR.

The stock closed the day at Rs.19.10, down by Rs.0.50 or 2.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.90 and low of Rs.18.65.

The total traded quantity was 5.75 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 5.72 lakhs.
