Indiabulls Financial Services allots 286752 Equity Shares

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that upon exercise of stock options vested, in terms of (1) IBFSL-ICSL Employees Stock Option Plan - 2006 (2) IBFSL - ICSL Employees Stock Option Plan II - 2006 and (3) Employees Stock Option Plan - 2008, by certain eligible employees, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 01, 2010, has allotted an aggregate of 2,86,752 (Two Lac Eighty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Two) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 62,10,56,980/- divided into 31,05,28,490 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 62,16,30,484/- divided into 31,08,15,242 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.182.35, up by Rs.7.60 or 4.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.187.80 and low of Rs.174.90.

The total traded quantity was 5.73 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 10.43 lakhs.
