Vakrangee Softwares Grants 86750 option under ESOP Scheme

Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has announced that the Remuneration and Compensation Committee at its meeting held on November 24, 2010 has granted 86750 numbers of options each at Rs. 150/- to the employees of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.292, down by Rs.3.15 or 1.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.301 and low of Rs.287.10.

The total traded quantity was 0.58 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.91 lakhs.
