State Bank of India has announced that the Bank has concluded an issue of EURO 750 Mio Senior Debt, Fixed Rate Bonds, under the Medium Term Note (MTN) Programme, having a maturity of 5 years at a coupon of 4.50% p.a. payable annually in the form of Regulation-S Global Notes. The Bonds will be issued through the Company's London branch as of November 30, 2010 and shall be listed on Singapore Exchange.
The stock closed the day at Rs.2952.60, down by Rs.86 or 2.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3016.50 and low of Rs.2883.30.
