Lincoln Pharmaceuticals applied for new patent for MISOPROSTOL

Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Company has applied for the patent for Pharmaceutical composition containing a hormone MISOPROSTOL for vaginal suppositories dosing form. This hormone MISOPROSTOL is useful for women specially in the gynecological problems related to bleeding. When excessive bleeding is there after the delivery, the formulation is useful. Earlier this MISOPROSTOL was available in oral doses but, the Company was come out first time in India in suppositories form. The Company has field MISOPROSTOL suppositories patent. The Company has already applied for four patents, out of which two have gone for the final patent i.e. NAM SAFE and NAM COLD.

Company’s modern plant is approved by WHO, GMP and also ISO 9002 certified. Company has set up an R & D centre, which is also approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, Company is exporting products and also holding a status of Export House from Government Of India.

With introduction of this product in the Market company expects 10% turnover increase in Sales and Profit also accordingly.
