Tamilnadu Jai Bharath Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 01, 2010, inter alia, to consider the issue of Unsecured fully convertible debentures.

The stock was trading at Rs.13.35, down by Rs.0.65 or 4.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.05 and low of Rs.13.35.
