Websol Energy Systems to consider raising funds on Nov 30, 2010

Websol Energy Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 30, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve raising of funds by way of fresh issue of GDRs / ADRs / FCCBs etc or any combination thereof.

The stock was trading at Rs.113.15, down by Rs.1.55 or 1.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.115 and low of Rs.110.

The total traded quantity was 4413 compared to 2 week average of 5584.
