IDFC Grants 150000 Stock Options under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has announced that, on November 22, 2010, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, the Company has granted to its employee 1,50,000 options equivalent to 1,50,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 184.80 per equity share.

The stock was trading at Rs.188.90, down by Rs.3.95 or 2.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.192.10 and low of Rs.183.50.

The total traded quantity was 16.21 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 13.57 lakhs.
