Aqua Logistics to consider GDR issue on Nov 25, 2010

Aqua Logistics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 25, 2010, Inter alia, to consider and decide the Opening Date of GDR Issue up to USD 70 Million including pricing of GDR and other matters related GDR Issue.

The stock was trading at Rs.51, down by Rs.1.20 or 2.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55.80 and low of Rs.49.

The total traded quantity was 1.87 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.43 lakhs.
