Edelweiss Capital allots 477500 Shares

Edelweiss Capital Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on November 12, 2010 has approved allotment of 4,77,500 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each under stock options schemes.

Under Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme 2004, 24000 Options Exercised (1 equity share allotted for 1 option exercised) and 4,53,500 Options Exercised (1 equity share allotted for 1 option exercised) under Edelweiss Employee Stock Incentive Plan 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.58.85, down by Rs.0.65 or 1.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.61 and low of Rs.57.60.

The total traded quantity was 6.70 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 6.37 lakhs.
