Websol Energy Systems approves allotment of 533300 shares

Websol Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2010, has approved the allotment of 5,33,300 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 75/- per share (including premium of Rs.65/- per share) to M/s. Tysom Agencies Pvt Ltd. a promoter group company, consequent upon their option to exercise the conversion of 5,33,300 convertible warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.125.30, down by Rs.3.45 or 2.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.128.75 and low of Rs.125.10.

The total traded quantity was 5262 compared to 2 week average of 6818.
