Gujarat State Petronet to Pay 2.5% Dividend

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has announced that the Company shall make payment of dividend from October 03, 2006 on equity shares (Face value Rs 10 each) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006 @ 2.5% as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company, if approved by the Shareholders of the Company at the 8th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 28, 2006.
