ITC allots 112000 Shares under ESOS

ITC Ltd has announced that the Company on October 29, 2010 has issued and allotted 1,12,000 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 11,200 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from October 29, 2010, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 769,14,58,190/- divided into 769,14,58,190 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.177, up by Rs.1.75 or 1%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.177.50 and low of Rs.175.30.

The total traded quantity was 7.85 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 6.8 lakhs.
