The Initial Public Offering of AMD Metplast Ltd which closed for subscription on February 23, 2007 has received subscription for 5.32 times resulting in an oversubscription of 4.32 times.

Out of the total issue of 9096520 equity shares the company has received subscription for 48400290 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 23307030 equity shares at Cut-off price.

Out of the subscription, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion has received subscription for 5359950 equity shares against the offer of 4039924 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 1.3267 times. The Non Institutional Investors portion has received bids for 17541180 equity shares against the offer of 1211978 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 14.4732 times. The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion received subscription for 8.6980 times with bids for 24597540 equity shares against the offer of 2827948 equity shares. The Employee Reservation has received subscription for 0.8868 times with bids for 901620 equity shares against the offer of 1016670 equity shares.
