Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 4,30,485 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 each to employees of the Company and subsidiaries on November 01, 2010 upon exercise of stock options under Employees Stock Option Plan 2005.
