IDFC grants 17000 Stock Options under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has announced that on October 25, 2010, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, the Company has granted to its employee 17,000 options equivalent to 17,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 200.85 per equity share.

The stock was trading at Rs.204, up by Rs.1.55 or 0.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.205.25 and low of Rs.203.10.

The total traded quantity was 1.40 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.84 lakhs.
