Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 251210 equity shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee a the Bank at its Meeting held on October 29, 2010 has allotted 2,51,210 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

The shares were allotted under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/05 : 2,26,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12 (2nd Tranche) : 19,960 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (1st Tranche) : 5,250 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.464.85, down by Rs.12.35 or 2.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.480.35 and low of Rs.456.

The total traded quantity was 1.77 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.51 lakhs.
