Prime Securities allots 33300 Equity Shares

Prime Securities Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (BOD) of the Company, at its Meeting held on October 28, 2010, have approved the allotment of 33,300 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to the employees of the Company pursuant to exercise of Stock Options granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.38.15, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.95 and low of Rs.37.80.

The total traded quantity was 0.45 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.43 lakhs.
