Jyoti Structures allots 36000 Equity Shares under ESOS

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated October 26, 2010, has allotted 36,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 36,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 16,41,79,880 divided into 8,20,89,940 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.133.90, down by Rs.2 or 1.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.137.35 and low of Rs.133.40.

The total traded quantity was 1.25 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2 lakhs.
