Dewan Housing Finance allots 23494 Equity Shares

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on October 26, 2010, has allotted 23,494 [Twenty Three Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Four] fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The said equity shares rank pari-passu, in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

As a result of exercise of options and the consequent allotment of the equity shares paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from the present Rs. 104,12,79,750/- divided into 10,41,27,975 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 104,15,14,690/- divided into 10,41,51,469 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.319.65, down by Rs.2.95 or 0.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.328.70 and low of Rs.318.05.

The total traded quantity was 0.32 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.56 lakhs.
