Vivimed Labs to call for EGM to approve preferential issue

Vivimed Labs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 24, 2010, inter alia, has decided to call for an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company on December 04, 2010, to approve issue of equity shares on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.322.85, up by Rs.6.50 or 2.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.327 and low of Rs.317.90.

The total traded quantity was 0.33 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.51 lakhs.
