HDFC allots 455320 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on October 22, 2010, allotted 4,55,320 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 292,30,94,230 consisting of 146,15,47,115 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.692.95, down by Rs.11.10 or 1.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.709 and low of Rs.685.70.

The total traded quantity was 4.55 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.28 lakhs.
