L&T members approves issue of Bonus shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 25, 2006, have approved issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. one share for every one share held).
