Atlas Cycles Board recommends 45% dividend

Atlas Cycles Haryana Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 24, 2006, inter alia, has recommended dividend at the rate of 45% p.a. on equity shares for the year ended on March 31, 2006.
