BGR Energy Systems allots 24659 Shares

BGR Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on October 15, 2010 has allotted 24659 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.736.60, down by Rs.8.35 or 1.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.741.10 and low of Rs.719.

The total traded quantity was 0.34 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.40 lakhs.
