SPML Infra to consider raising funds on Oct 22, 2010

SPML Infra Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve proposal for raising of Fund for development plans for itself and its subsidiaries and also for corporate purpose.

The stock closed the day at Rs.281.50, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.287.90 and low of Rs.280.10.

The total traded quantity was 0.11 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.67 lakhs.
