Oberoi Realty IPO garners subscription of 12.13 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Oberoi Realty Limited which closed for subscription on October 8, 2010 has received subscription of 12.13 times.

The issue received total bids for 393530100 equity shares against the offer of 39562000 equity shares. The issue received bids for 9437840 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the IPO received subscription of 22.15 times with bids for 368040620 equity shares against the offer of 16616040 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 14286900 equity shares against the offer of 3956200 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 3.61 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription of 0.94 times with bids for 11202580 equity shares against the offer of 11868600 equity shares.
