Tatia Global Vennture approves allotment of 10 lakhs shares

Tatia Global Vennture Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 08, 2010, has approved the allotment of 10 lakhs equity shares of Re. 1/- each to person other than promoter upon exercise of conversion of Preferential warrant allotted earlier. The Board further authorize to do all the necessary act in this regard as per the terms of the issue.

The board also discussed about all on going business propositions.

The stock closed the day at Rs.22.45, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.60 and low of Rs.22.25.

The total traded quantity was 0.22 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.34 lakhs.
