Action Financial Services to allot shares, warrants

Action Financial Services India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 13, 2010, inter alia, to allot Equity Shares on preferential basis to the promoters and investors and to allot Equity Warrants to the promoters.

The stock was trading at Rs.39.90, up by Rs.1.90 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.90 and low of Rs.37.85.

The total traded quantity was 0.31 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.73 lakhs.
