Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd has announced that the ESOPs Allotment Committee of Directors vide Resolution by Circulation passed on October 08, 2010, allotted 286,536 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme(s) of the Company. The paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 421,040,693 Equity Shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating Rs. 2,105,203,465/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.585.55, up by Rs.8.05 or 1.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.589.20 and low of Rs.574.50.
