Pioneer Embroideries to consider raising funds on Oct 13, 2010

Pioneer Embroideries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 13, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve raising of funds via issue of appropriate securities for the various business plans of the Company.

The Board will consider increase in Authorized Shares Capital and Consequential amendments in Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

The Board will convene the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the Company.

The Board will also consider issue and allotment of Equity Shares to persons other than promoters on Preferential basis for a sum not exceeding Rs. 1.18 Crores as approved by Members of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.28.35, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.50 and low of Rs.27.60.

The total traded quantity was 6600 compared to 2 week average of 15605.
