Ultratech Cement allots 2116 shares on exercise of options granted under ESOS

Ultratech Cement Ltd has announced that the ESOS Compensation Committee has on October 05, 2010 allotted 2,116 equity shares of Rs. 10/- of the Company to Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 27,40,23,584 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,74,02,35,840/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.1127, up by Rs.21.95 or 1.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1134 and low of Rs.1092.25.

The total traded quantity was 0.12 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.29 lakhs.
