Tatia Global to consider conversion of warrants on Oct 08, 2010

Tatia Global Vennture Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Octobers 08, 2010 inter alia, to consider the allotment of Equity Shares upon conversion of warrant allotted earlier.

The Board will fix the date for the approval of Un audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010.

The Board will also consider, discuss and approve ongoing business proposition.

The stock was trading at Rs.23.95, up by Rs.1.10 or 4.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.95 and low of Rs.23.95.

The total traded quantity was 1.03 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.19 lakhs.
