Cupid converts 507900 warrants

Cupid Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2010, has converted 5,07,900 warrants into 5,07,900 equity shares on receipt of 100% funds for the warrants converted out of pending 11,50,000 warrants allotted to him.

The stock was trading at Rs.13.43, up by Rs.0.20 or 1.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.89 and low of Rs.13.

The total traded quantity was 6396 compared to 2 week average of 98958.
