Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 111000 stock options

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that at the Compensation Committee held on September 24, 2010 has allotted 1,11,000 stock options to the permanent employees pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.298.50, up by Rs.2.80 or 0.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.303 and low of Rs.296.

The total traded quantity was 2.59 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.44 lakhs.
