Uflex converts FCCBs worth $1 million into 307118 equity shares

Uflex Ltd has announced that the one of the FCCB holders have exercised the option to convert the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) into equity shares to the extent of US$ 1,000,000.

Accordingly, in terms of offering circular, Company has allotted 307,118 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the FCCB holder.

The stock closed the day at Rs.210.55, down by Rs.1.10 or 0.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.213.80 and low of Rs.207.

The total traded quantity was 3.50 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 7.19 lakhs.
