Ashoka Buildcon IPO subscribed 1.50 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Ashoka Buildcon Limited which opened for subscription by investors on Friday - September 24, 2010 has received subscription of 1.50 times. The IPO closes for subscription today - September 28, 2010.

The issue has received total bids for 9354135 equity shares against the offer of 6218940 equity shares. The issue received bids for 820995 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the IPO received subscription of 1.89 times with bids for 5981703 equity shares against the offer of 3165909 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 2177217 equity shares against the offer of 753788 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 2.89 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription of 0.51 times with bids for 1161048 equity shares against the offer of 2261364 equity shares.

The Employee Reservation portion has received bids for 34167 shares against the offer of 37879 shares resulting in a subscription of 0.90 times.
