Orient Green Power Company IPO receives subscription of 1.07 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Orient Green Power Company Limited has received subscription of 1.07 times. The IPO opened for subscription on September 21, 2010 and closed for subscription on September 24, 2010. The IPO closed on September 23, 2010 for subscription by QIB bidders.

The IPO received total bids for 178894250 equity shares against the offer of 166943986 equity shares. The issue received bids for 8852125 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the IPO received subscription of 2.09 times with bids for 148501375 equity shares against the offer of 71199306 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 18395375 equity shares against the offer of 28723404 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.64 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription of 0.18 times with bids for 11997500 equity shares against the offer of 67021276 equity shares.
