The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Evinix Accessories Ltd has received subscription for 3.70 times.
The company came out with an IPO of 3500000 equity shares of Rs.10 each in a price band of Rs.100 to Rs.120. The issue closed on Thursday - February 15, 2007.
The company has received subscription for 12956150 equity shares against the total issue size of 3500000 shares. The issue received an over-subscription of 2.70 times. The issue received subscription for 2799050 equity shares at cut-off price.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received subscription for 2279900 shares against the issue of 1750000 shares, resulting in a subscription of 1.3028 times. The Non Institutional Investors portion received subscription of 7646300 against issue of 525000 shares. The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) poriton received subscription of 2.4734 times, receiving bids for 3029950 shares against the issue of 1225000 shares.
