The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Microsec Financial Services Limited has received subscription of 12.20 times with total bids for 152470448 equity shares against the offer of 12500000 equity shares.
The issue received bids for 45058520 equity shares at cut-off price. The IPO opened for subscription on September 17, 2010 and closed for subscription on September 21, 2010.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the IPO received subscription of 5.91 times with bids for 36911732 equity shares against the offer of 6250000 equity shares.
The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 67268864 equity shares against the offer of 1875000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 35.88 times.
The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription of 11.04 times with bids for 48289852 equity shares against the offer of 4375000 equity shares.
