Oriental Bank of Commerce Raises Upper Tier II Bonds

Oriental Bank of Commerce has now announced with reference to the earlier announcements dated August 31, 2010 & September 03, 2010, that the Bank issue of raising 8.68% Tier II Capital Bonds (having call option after 10 years and with step up of interest to 9.18% after 10 years) was open from September 16, 2010 to September 17, 2010 and was fully subscribed to the extent of Rs. 200 crore.

The stock was trading at Rs.442.55, down by Rs.2.60 or 0.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.451.90 and low of Rs.437.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.84 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.89 lakhs.
