The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Career Point Infosystems Limited has receieved overwhelming response with the issue garnering subscription of 47.39 times. The IPO opened for subscription on September 16, 2010 and closed for subscription today (September 21, 2010).
The IPO received total bids for 152061300 equity shares against the offer of 3208907 equity shares. The issue received bids for 32362860 equity shares at cut-off price.
The company came with an IPO of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs.1150 million.(including Anchor Portion of 656,040 equity shares).
The issue received excellent response from Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) with their portion getting subscription of 47.45 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion received total bids for 76422000 equity shares against the offer of 1610586 equity shares.
