Indiabulls Financial recommends 15% dividend

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that the members at the 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 17, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2006 and the Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended as on that date together with the Reports of the Auditors & Directors thereon.

2. Declaration of final dividend of Re 0.30 per equity share (15% on an equity share of face value Rs 2/-) for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.

3. Re-appointment of Mr Shamsher Singh & Mr Aishwarya Katoch, as Directors of the Company.

4. Re-appointment of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office as such from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
