Max India allots 109677 Equity Shares

Max India Ltd has announced that the Company approved allotment of 109677 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for cash at par arising from the exercise of Stock Options in the ratio of one equity shares for every Option, to the Directors and Employees of the Company on September 15, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.170.05, up by Rs.7.95 or 4.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.173.35 and low of Rs.162.75.

The total traded quantity was 8.49 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.14 lakhs.
