Tube Investments allots 49812 equity shares

Tube Investments of India Ltd has announced that the Company on September 13, 2010 has allotted 49,812 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The allotment includes 10,256 Shares at an exercise price of Rs. 56.80/- per share and 39,556 Shares at an exercise price of Rs. 62.85/- per share.

The above allotments are consequent upon the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, with this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,50,44,566 to 18,50,94,378 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs. 37,00,89,132/- to Rs. 37,01,88,756/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.139.10, up by Rs.4.85 or 3.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.140.70 and low of Rs.136.

The total traded quantity was 1.34 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.83 lakhs.
