Jaiprakash Associates gets High court sanction for amalgamation of Jaypee Greens Ltd

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Hon´ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Jaypee Greens Ltd with the Company, (certified copy of the formal order has been received on August 21, 2006), Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has announced that the Scheme has become effective from the August 21, 2006, i.e. the date on which the certified copy of the Order of the Hon´ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad has been electronically filed with the registrar of Companies, UP and Jaypee Greens Ltd stands merged with the company with effect from the appointed Date specified in the scheme i.e. April 01, 2005.
