Edelweiss Capital allots 26000 Shares

Edelweiss Capital Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on September 09, 2010 has approved allotment of 26,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each under stock options schemes.

Under Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme 2004, 6000 Options Exercised and 20000 shares under Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006.

The stock closed the day at Rs.51.25, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53 and low of Rs.51.

The total traded quantity was 103747 compared to 2 week average of 142261.
