MindTree Consulting Ltd IPO slams century, receives subscription of 103.28 times

The Initial Public Offering of MindTree Consulting Ltd received overwhelming response from investors with bids for 103.28 times of the issue. The company offered 5593300 Equity Shares to investors.

The IPO was open for subscription from February 09, 2007 to February 14, 2007.

The issue received bids for 577662585 equity shares compared to the total issue size of 5593300 shares. Bids for 42693615 equity shares were received at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Bidders (QIBs) portion of the issue received bids for 465359745 shares against the offer of 2964445 shares resulting in a subscription of 156.9804 times. The Non Institutional Investors portion received bids for 66679710 equity shares against the offer of 494075 shares. The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion received subscription for 30.0554 times, with bids for 44548665 shares against the offer of 1482220 equity shares. The employees portion of the issue received bids for 1038900 equity shares against the offer of 372900 shares resulting in a subscription of 2.7860 times. The Business Associates portion was the one which didn't get bids for even atleast 1 time. The Business Associates portion received subscription of 0.1272 times with bids for 35565 equity shares against the offer of 279660 shares.
