Midpoint Software to consider allotment of shares on merger

Midpoint Software & Electro Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 11, 2010, inter alia, to consider the issue and allotment of shares to the eligible shareholders, pursuant to Order dated August 13, 2010 passed by the Hon'ble Court, Bombay, sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of NHC Industries Private Ltd with Midpoint Software & Electro Systems Ltd.

The stock was trading at Rs.26.25, up by Rs.1.25 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.25 and low of Rs.26.15.
